Position : Quality Engineer (or Quality Inspector III)
Compensation : $70K - $85K, depending on level of experience
Location : Fully on-site in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire

Overview : The Quality Engineer is a hands-on role focused on solving complex manufacturing challenges with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer requirements are met during contract reviews, engineering, and production processes.
- Train operators and ensure compliance with in-process procedures (e.g., trimming, assembling, packaging).
- Conduct 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections, including customer-mandated testing.
- Approve or reject samples based on conformance requirements; document non-conformance and corrective actions.
- Maintain start-up and final product samples, along with quality control documentation.
- Utilize a Laser 3D scanner to develop efficient inspection methods.
- Foster a culture of cooperation, continuous improvement, and team success.
Qualifications :
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
