- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, DHS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee hazardous waste storage, emergency response, and safety compliance programs.
- Perform facility inspections, maintain EHS logs and documentation, and prepare reports.
- Provide EHS training, certification programs, and promote incident prevention initiatives.
- Support and drive cultural change to prioritize safety and health in the workplace.
- Lead employee safety committee activities and Behavior-Based Safety Programs.
