We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate with employees, management, customers, and regulatory agencies to maintain a positive working relationship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Thorough knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, DoD, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
