Partner Marketing – Project Manager (Contractor)
Partner Marketing is seeking a full-time contractor to manage the delivery of complex marketing projects across multiple teams. This role involves coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining project plans, and ensuring timely execution. Given the visibility and tight timelines of these projects, strong negotiation and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution using standard project management methodologies.
- Maintain project plans and documentation for processes and programs.
- Prepare for and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear communication.
- Proactively identify next steps and keep projects moving forward.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Marketing team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide input on project approach to align with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in B2B marketing (partner marketing experience is a plus).
- Strong project management skills with a structured approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, with daily use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, and 360 Insights (preferred).
- Ability to create field-facing communications and manage content.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex work environment.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
