About the Role :

As a UI / UX Designer , you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality, data-driven digital solutions for internal tools and customer-facing applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product development teams, and end-users to create intuitive experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.

What You’ll Do :

Lead Design Processes : Develop wireframes, prototypes, personas, and journey maps to bring projects from concept to completion.

Advocate for the User : Champion user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and end-users to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Drive Innovation : Contribute to feature definition and design, focusing on usability, functionality, and alignment with strategic goals.

Typical Responsibilities :

Design user-friendly interfaces for dashboards and internal tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate and iterate on design solutions.

Utilize interactive design tools to create deliverables tailored to user needs and workflows.

Ensure designs adhere to branding and visual identity guidelines.

Who We’re Looking For :

Required Skills & Experience :

4 years in User Experience design or a related field.

Expertise in end-to-end design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Proven ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.

Experience designing complex, data-heavy applications or dashboards.

Desired Skills & Experience :

Familiarity with telematics, IoT, or data visualization for industries like construction, manufacturing, or fleet management.

Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Interest or experience in battery / charge management, energy solutions, or electric vehicles / machines.

Skills in 3D and Interaction Design (a plus).
