The Community Health Worker provides a variety for direct services to our patients. Successful Candidate will have :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Patience and ability to establish rapport with this population.
- Flexible schedule and transportation.
- Knowledgeable about diverse clientele.
- Ability to write clearly and distinctly.
