What are the responsibilities and job description for the Materials Handler position at Swope Health?
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Provide services and monitor mailing and shipping process for all member company
- Lead and monitor the receiving of all materials, goods and services into department area including coordination with all vendors.
- Lead and monitor all inventory management activities including stocking, filling orders, replenishment of stock and data entry.
- Deliver goods, services and materials to assigned areas in a timely manner on a daily
- Provide high quality customer service to all customers, vendors and enterprise companies.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to two years of experience in supply chain management (healthcare preferred} - primarily receiving, distribution, and experience with ail handling would be a plus
- Computer skills preferred including ability to use internet and Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- High quality customer service skills including outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
