As a Motorcycle Technician you will:
- Perform Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner in a temperature controlled facility
- Perform Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing.
- Light Duty Repair work
- Provide Lead Service Technician with a quality inspection and communicate recommendations when needed.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest motorcycles.
- Ensure guests motorcycles are kept clean and treated with respect.
- Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policy on motorcycle care and operation.
- Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
- Willing to help out in any area of the service department where needed, this could include building and grounds maintenance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have some computer skills.
- Knowledge in some aspects of motorcycle repair and maintenance.
- Must be an eager learner with good oral and written communication skills.
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station.
- Must be able to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
