Description
Swope Toyota is seeking a customer-oriented, friendly, empathetic individual to join our BDC in the service department.
We are part of the Swope Swope Family of Dealerships with locations throughout the Hardin County area. Swope has been in the Hardin County area for over 70 years. As a BDC coordinator you will:
- Answer all incoming service calls.
- Enter Service appointments into system.
- Assisting the Parts Department in scheduling appointments for Parts guests.
- Scanning for the Service Department. (Scanning in Repair Orders and service documents.)
- Schedule First service appointments for Sales.
- Email new car buyers and invite them to the Service Department, this is done each time a vehicle is purchased, new or used.
- Each day service follow ups are done from the previous days, either by phone call or email.
- Guest communication status update calls and follow ups are done each day.
- Each day reminder calls are done to inform guests of upcoming appointments.
- Call and attempt to reschedule missed service appointments to keep the service guest vehicle up to par.
- All Toyota guest are to be called, whether they are new or potential customers and invite them to our service department.
- Assist Service Manager and Advisors with any task they need assisted with in the service department.
- Contact guest by different communication channels (text, calls, email)
- Receive payment from guest and be the last point of contact.
Requirements
- Computer skills is a must and should have proficiency in Microsoft word and excel, as well as internet programs
- Must be able to speak in a friendly way to guest and potential guest, listening to their needs and directing them to the right employee when necessary.
- Will need strong communication, organizations skills, and guest follow up.
- Will need to respond to guests’ questions, concerns and complaints.
- Telephone, communication and listening skills. Must be able to communicate and explain technical jargons to a guest easily.
- Must be confident, polite, and guest focused, with ability to efficiently answer guests’ queries and solve their concerns
