ABOUT US
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will be a strategic partner to a broad set of stakeholders across a dynamic, growing organization. You will assist the Company in improving effectiveness of operations through fact finding, hypothesis testing and impact monitoring. The role is critical for all aspects of business measurement and improvement, including but not limited to data collection, reporting, analysis, identifying opportunities, supporting and making informed decisions, and evaluating if initiatives are driving value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Manage projects by developing hypotheses, project plans, implementation and monitoring performance.
- Analyze quantitative data and qualitative research to identify opportunities for growth, profitability, effectiveness and efficiency across LFC’s companies and its departments.
- Ensure new initiatives have clear hypothesis testing or outcomes, and build the infrastructure to correctly monitor effectiveness and if desired outcomes were achieved.
- Build, maintain and improve models to evaluate business needs and impact.
- Clearly communicate outcomes in a timely manner to necessary stakeholders.
- Document and communicate the results of the team’s ongoing projects.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Perform work on ad-hoc projects as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Two or more years of experience in finance, analytics and systems development
- Proven analytical abilities, including advanced Microsoft Excel modelling
- Ability to translate data into concise executive summaries and presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate data intoactionable insights
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in analytics software (i.e., PowerBI)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, management information systems, or similar concentrations
- Proficiency with SQL and database management
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
- Experience with data visualization
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Location: Role is fully office based within the 75/285 interchange area of Atlanta
- Hours: Full-time, with occasional overtime during peak periods
