With 30 open locations nationwide and over 300 licenses sold, we're revolutionizing wellness through contrast therapy at our luxurious private suites. We're seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our Reston location and play a key role in our expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Player / Coach Mentality : Lead by example in implementing the SweatHouz sales model, welcome prospective clients, provide premium experiences, and convert them into members
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage sales associates to exceed monthly targets while ensuring exceptional customer service
- Maintain Studio Excellence : Oversee studio cleanliness and ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience
- Community Engagement : Build local relationships through networking and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Collaborative Leadership : Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review performance metrics and develop actionable plans
