We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Studio Leader (ASL) to join our team at our SweatHouz Broad Ripple location and help us revolutionize the wellness industry.

Position Overview:

As the ASL, you are an essential part of the studio leadership team and you are passionate about driving membership sales, motivating a team and creating an elevated client experience. You are a part of the SweatHouz brand including product, community, operations, and people. You have strong assessment, customer service, communication and business acumen skills as well as provide in the moment and ongoing feedback for your team. You work closely with the Studio Leader, Sales Associates, and Studio Cleaners in providing training for a high-level guest experience and driving the business needs. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is enthusiastic about health and wellness, possesses strong managerial skills, and is ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships alongside the Studio Leader and your team to achieve studio specific goals.
• Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to SWTHZ clients, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
• Guest Experience and Retention: We strive to create a studio experience that will excite people about their first time and encourage their continued loyalty.
• Help train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate all studio staff, creating and maintaining a team that is highly personable, client-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding both the studio and company sales goals.
• Maintain the SweatHouz distinct culture and community.
• Exhibit leadership by mentoring sales associates to provide high level customer service and perform all assigned duties.
• Develop partnerships in your community to develop awareness.
• Always maintaining a clean studio, both front of the house, sauna suites and back of house.
• Responsible for supporting all studio-level purchasing, receiving, and supply inventory.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A LOVE for customer service.
• Passion for health, wellness, and a commitment to providing top-notch client experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Experience with MindBody or a similar CRM / POS is a plus.
• Able to work a non-traditional schedule.

Experience:

• 2 years in sales.
• 1 year in management.
• Bachelors is a plus but not required.
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
