Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and inspire a team of wellness professionals to deliver outstanding client experience.
· Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment.
· Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial transactions to optimize studio performance.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and client retention.
· Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with SWTHZ’s values.
· Coordinate and host marketing networking events, collaborations, and community outreach activities.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to upper management.
· Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Passion for health, wellness, and a commitment to providing top-notch client experience.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
· Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.
· Requires more than 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Experience:
· 2 years in sales.
· 1 year in management.
· Bachelors is a plus but not required.
· Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage.
