Seeking a hand-on stating technician with "VINYL EXPERIENCE" located in the San Leandro, CA warehouse with proven experience assembling hardware components and a strong technical background configuring and troubleshooting software applications and operating systems.
This role involves ensuring the quality, preparation, and deployment of automated vending machines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to independently resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming automated vending machines, ensuring all components meet quality standards before accepting them into inventory.
Preparation for Deployment: Prepare automated stores for deployment by configuring machines according to specific requirements and ensuring readiness for installation.
Refurbishment: Perform necessary refurbishments on machines to restore them to optimal operating conditions.
Hardware & Peripherals Installation: Install and configure peripherals and additional hardware, ensuring all components are aligned with the designated product planogram.
Signage & Display Setup: Accurately apply signage, including out-of-stock indicators, shelf signs, and magnetic banners, to maintain clear and effective product displays.
Product Loading: Load products into the automated stores according to the specified planogram, ensuring accuracy and proper placement.
Component Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all hardware components to ensure functionality and reliability.
Vend Testing: Execute vend tests on specific product positions to confirm proper operation and product dispensing accuracy.
Shipping Preparation: Prepare machines for shipment, ensuring they are securely packed and ready for transport to the final installation site.
Documentation & Reporting: Complete and sign off on staging checklists, updating progress at the end of each day to maintain accurate records of work completed.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the staging process, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
Working Hours: Typical hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. May vary depending on work assignments.
