Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Review, analyze, and maintain compliance for government contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- FAR Compliance: Serve as the subject matter expert on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related policies, ensuring all procurement activities adhere to government standards.
- Proposal Preparation: Configure cost builds, draft proposals, and manage documentation for new and existing contracts.
- Reporting & Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports that reflect contract performance, compliance status, and overall risk assessment.
- Policy & Procedure Adherence: Work closely with internal teams to communicate and enforce compliance policies, ensuring all contract-related activities align with regulations and internal guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on changes in government procurement regulations and suggest process enhancements to improve compliance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in government contracting, with a strong emphasis on FAR compliance and federal contract management.
- Technical Expertise: Proven ability to structure cost proposals, price analyses, and compliance documentation for federal contracts.
- Attention to Detail: Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, with a track record of managing large volumes of documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams, external clients, and government representatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred. A Master’s degree or industry certifications (e.g., NCMA) is a plus.
- Tools & Software: Familiarity with contract management tools and standard office software is required.
Salary : $90,000 - $104,000
