We’re looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer who not only excels in creating intuitive, visually engaging interfaces with Figma, but also has a working familiarity with front-end technologies and best practices. Your main focus will be designing world-class user experiences, but understanding how your designs integrate into modern JavaScript frameworks will be key.
Key Responsibilities :
- User-Centric Design : Conceptualize, design, and refine responsive UI / UX solutions that meet user needs and align with product goals.
- Figma Expert : Utilize Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive components. Ensure design systems are well-organized and accessible.
- Collaboration : Work closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Design Iteration : Conduct user research, usability testing, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the UI / UX.
- Front-End Familiarity : Understand how design decisions translate to code. You won’t be coding regularly, but you’ll collaborate with developers who work with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and associated tools.
- Maintain Consistency : Uphold brand guidelines and ensure a consistent look, feel, and user experience across all products and platforms.
