About Us
Sybill Inc is building a digital EA for every sales rep on your team. Our goal is to enable every AE to sell 3-4x more than their current output. We are Series A, have 25 folks based in Mountain View, and ~500 customers across 30 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a consistent operational cadence around forecasting and reporting, in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other departments.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on revenue metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for monthly/quarterly board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators across GTM functions such as sales and marketing, as well as product metrics like user engagement, feature adoption, and churn.
- Provide actionable insights to influence both business strategy and product development.
- Assess and refine business processes across teams to enhance scalability and efficiency as the organization grows.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in setting up the RevOps function at early-stage companies, with a strong preference for experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) focused organizations.
- 4 or 5 years in business analytics, finance, or a related field, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Exposure to Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations, with experience supporting sales teams through forecasting, pipeline analysis, and data-driven insights.
