Summary: Team leaders at Sycamore Landscape Design Build have at least 2-3 years of experience leading a team of 2-6 people. They understand the expansive amount of dedication and detail it takes to transform a home’s exterior into a unique outdoor living space. SLDB team leaders humbly teach and encourage team members on all aspects of the design build process. Team leaders work to create a collaborative environment where efficiency and details can thrive in order to reach the goals for each day, week and ultimately for the project. Responsibilities & Qualifications: Team leaders are responsible for connecting the big picture to the daily tasks. Successful team leaders at SLDB display & embody the following capabilities.

- I understand all principles of the Design Build process including, but not limited to: layout, excavation, shooting grades, proper compaction, hardscape and masonry, plant material proper installation, precision grading, low voltage lighting & audio installation.
- I possess a growing knowledge of plant material and proper plant installation and maintenance techniques.
I execute the plan
- I efficiently manage team members and materials on-site and off-site.
- I manage job flow-planning ahead and setting up for the next steps by delegating tasks.
- I identify and solve problems and lead the team to solve problems in a way that positively moves the job forward.
- I execute a designed landscape throughout the entire installation process with discipline and organization, effectively completing all design/build details.
- From the first day layout to the final day of details and clean up.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
