- Strategic Support
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing consultative support on key initiatives
- Lead and manage critical programs and operations to drive organizational excellence
- Develop and implement processes to streamline operations and elevate performance
- Leadership and Team Management
- Build and manage remote teams effectively
- Implement performance management systems and develop team members
- Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders within the organization
- Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's complex schedule, communications, and priorities
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Change Management
- Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation across the organization
- Develop strategies to overcome resistance and facilitate organizational adaptation
- Analytical Support
- Conduct data analysis to inform executive decision-making
- Prepare and present analytical reports on key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive support roles within start-ups or high-growth organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, programs, and operations to excellence
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in process improvement and performance management
