We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple properties and ensure operational excellence across our portfolio. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize property management software such as Appfolio for effective leasing, contract management, and reporting.
- Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing strategies, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to property management, including Section 8 regulations.
- Supervise and coordination maintenance issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with the legal administrative team to manage contracts and resolve any disputes or issues that arise.
Requirements
- Proven or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles.
- Experience with Section 8 housing regulations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office administration tasks including filing and documentation.
