Key Responsibilities
Client Financial Management:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely bill payments and monitoring balances.
- Develop personal budgets and ensure proper utilization of funds.
- Maintain compliance with financial limits and explore alternatives such as trusts or spenddowns.
- Provide financial documentation for clients, guardians, and relevant agencies.
- Handle Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security, and Medicare applications, updates, and reviews.
- Submit required reports and earnings information for employed clients.
- Gather tax documents and coordinate tax preparation.
- Manage funeral trusts and special needs trust accounts, including contributions, disbursements, and compliance with regulations.
- Complete applications and maintain records of energy assistance programs.

- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds; upper body leverage strength required?
