Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an overall clean environment (dishes, floors, walls, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task
- Keeping the dish area free of clutter, organizing dishes by soiled and cleaned, and setting up/tearing down dish area when appropriate
- Assist to customer service satisfaction by cleaning all dishes in a timely manner
- Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
Qualifications:
- Pay vital attention to detail
- Obtain high standards/cleanliness of restaurant
- Janitorial duties
- Ability to be a leader and also take direction
- Available to work mornings/nights/weekends/holidays
