Responsibilities :
- Prepares food items by chopping, cutting, and mixing.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, along with other cooking methods to follow to specific recipes and standards.
- Adhering to proper food handling and kitchen equipment usage protocols.
- Monitor food product and labeling. Rotating product to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment.
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols.
