Job Description:
As a Cleaner, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier cleaning services. This is an independent contractor position with flexible hours, meaning your schedule can fluctuate week to week based on your availability, and you’ll have the opportunity to work around your life’s schedule. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in a variety of residential and commercial spaces, focusing on the details that matter most to our clients. Your jobs will take anywhere from 1.5-4 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean residential to a high standard.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail, leaving every area spotless.
- Provide exceptional customer service and make sure clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded.
- Be proactive, solve problems on the go, and handle any unexpected situations with professionalism and grace.
- Maintain open communication with clients and our management team to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete tasks efficiently, but with care, keeping the client’s space in mind.
Qualifications:
- No professional cleaning experience required, but you must have a strong eye for detail and a passion for keeping spaces immaculate.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and manage your time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Must be driven to make your own money, be your own boss, and have a “can-do” attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.

- Pay: $75-$115 for each job. Some jobs any take 1.5 hours and some take 4 hours. Anywhere from 15 and hour to 28 an hour. Pay depends on the job and client. If you work fast you have time for more jobs in the day equalling more earnings.
