Corporate Education Facilitator
We are a leading gaming, entertainment, and hospitality destination seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a Corporate Education Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions that enhance the skills and performance of our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver training sessions using various formats, including group discussions, lectures, workshops, and simulations.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, test results, and retraining requirements.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager and Business Partners to identify effective approaches.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in delivering training in a business environment.
- 2 years of experience in facilitating Leadership, Coaching, Performance Improvement, and similar business-related topics.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
- Training experience in a casino, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge and experience with data collection methods.
