Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our team members
- Deliver training programs using various forms and formats, including group discussion, lecture, workshop, and simulations
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Create and maintain monthly Learning and Development Training Calendar
- Reviews training materials and provides feedback
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in delivering training in a business environment
- 2 years of experience facilitating Leadership, Coaching, Performance Improvement, and similar business-related topics
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Experience in designing and developing training programs
