Sycuan is a community of people working together toward a common goal.Sycuan Casino Resort is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Vice President of Marketing and Analytics to lead our efforts in driving casino revenue and growth through strategic leveraging of our loyalty club database. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven strategies centered around promotions, special events, casino host programs, and targeted database marketing initiatives.Responsibilities : Lead data-driven marketing and advertising strategies to align with the company's overall business objectives, utilizing customer relationship management tools, marketing automation platforms, and advanced analytics capabilities.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-centric decision-making.Oversee all casino marketing, promotions, and advertising activities, including : Database management and maintenancePromotion & Special EventsMarket researchDatabase marketing : Leverage player data to segment audiences, personalize offers, and drive targeted marketing campaigns.Drive development and growth by execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels (email, direct mail, digital, online & offline).Analyze marketing and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Manage the marketing and advertising budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and media outlets.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.Provide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Advertising.Education and Experience10 years of experience in marketing5 years of experience in casino marketing or a related field5 years of experience leading a marketing teamProven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven marketing strategiesExperience working with casino management systems (CMS) and other relevant marketing technologies.Skills and KnowledgeStrong understanding of digital marketing principles and relevant information technology.Deep expertise in database marketing principles and techniques.Demonstrated experience in marketing budgeting, forecasting, and post-analysis.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects.If you enjoy being part of a community dedicated to creating a memorable guest experience, we invite you to explore career opportunities with Sycuan and join our winning team!#J-18808-Ljbffr
