Brief description of work expected to perform:

1. 1. Fast paced, complex project needs Business Analyst to who is a self-starter, quick learner, and has lots of experience in producing technical and business documents to support project goals, stays focused and produces outcomes even during whirlwind of meetings, tasks, and deliverables.
   2. Experience with workflows, interface specifications, data mappings, agile stories in Jira or ServiceNow, UAT support, organization change management, data analysis, tracking down and documenting data usage and processing, reporting systems.
   3. Great at wrangling complex scheduling tasks, setting up meetings and agendas, tracking and assisting project stakeholders with deadlines and submissions, ease and comfort in communicating with stakeholders at all levels about project deliverables and tasks, setting up meetings, following up with internal and external team members and vendors, setting up SharePoint project sites.
   4. Great communications clear documentation style for both technical and business documents, effective emails, manages meetings to meet objectives, sets expectations for vendors and assists internal staff with meeting their assignments.

1. 1. Self-starter, quick turn-around, high quality deliverables, great communicator, understands technical objectives and how software SaaS projects are run. Outgoing, friendly, easily catches on to understanding business processes in new organizations and new business domains.
   2. Experience with modern data technology like EHRs, Case management tools, data migration, SQL databases, integration and process modelling skills.
   3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent visualization skills such as workflows, PowerPoints, and so on.
   4. Strong technical skills such as: great with data analysis can work spreadsheets and other data analysis tools, experience with building test cases, helping users complete successful and thorough UAT test sessions and approve application setup with confidence, ability to build specifications such as report specs or interface specs.
   5. Experience in coordinating project meetings and helping to track and monitor project deliverables, scope, and deadlines.
   6. Ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or social service projects.

1. 1. Understand/ have experience with Human Services and Healthcare Dept(s) programs and services. Defining requirements and prioritizing requirements and getting feedback and approval on requirements.
   2. Knowledge of project management tools, MS Project, Jira and ServiceNow are the preferred.
   3. Training and certifications in business analysis skillsets such as requirements management, use cases, user stories, test cases, process modeling, and other business organization analysis and technology analysis.
