About the opportunity
Sydecar is seeking either a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to lead our mission of enabling thousands of new investors to do what they do best - identify and back entrepreneurs who are changing the world.
In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of the product experience for an innovative solution tailored to support fund managers. You will play a key role in shaping the product's functionality and user experience to meet the needs of fund managers navigating the complexities of venture capital. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Product Management practices as we scale. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York with in-office attendance two days per week.
What you'll do
- Own a high priority product in collaboration with the Design and Engineering team.
- Manage the roadmap by driving discussion and alignment relative to prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic goals.
- Help shape a best-in-class product development process, from ideation, to validation, to launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Enrich your understanding of the fintech industry, private market landscape, and competitive trends to ensure our product remains a leader in our space.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for future product development efforts.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-profile stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating and aligning product strategies. This includes prioritization and tradeoffs, as well as ensuring all stakeholders understand what is on the roadmap and why.
