Position Specifics: Department: eCommerce Reports to: eCommerce Manager Purpose: Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, located in Moscow Mills, MO is seeking a Part-time Picker/Packer for our fast-paced eCommerce division. This position requires a high degree of detail and quality control to ensure a pick ticket is comprehended and understood precisely. Hours for this position are flexible in order to meet business demand, with weekends required. Hours: Generally, Monday - Friday. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Gather paperwork indicating what items need to be picked for orders Accurately matches and picks products on order sheets and packs them accordingly Effectively, safely, and efficiently secures each order and stages it to be packed, pack orders, and load into cages and / or delivery truck Investigates and troubleshoots any issues with product, picking freight, packaging, and / or trucks. Reports issues and outcomes to supervisor / manager Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs while working on feet for the duration of the shift Works with teammates to increase efficiency in picking Stays informed; keeps current on knowledge of all products; including new product offerings and product changes Proved history of punctuality and attendance
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: High School diploma or equivalent experience Experience connecting with customers, maintain professional image, establish rapport Demonstrated basic understanding of the online selling processes Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications, Microsoft Excel experience preferable Experience working both independently and in a team setting Demonstrates excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
