We are seeking a sales professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will sell new and used agricultural and turf equipment to customers with a focus on walk-in, retail-oriented sales.
Responsibilities Include:
• Representing the company in the sale of machinery to customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment, including staying up-to-date on competitive activity and communicating effectively with management.
• Emphasizing retail sales techniques, assisting with customer events and demonstrations, and maintaining inventory integrity.
• Processing orders accurately and contributing to a positive showroom image and merchandise displays. Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year's retail sales experience is necessary for this position.
• Familiarity with agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work varied hours and meet the physical demands of lifting up to 50 lbs.
