Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to service department, counter, and phone customers
- Offer recommendations for sales of additional related or needed parts or accessories
- Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders
- Locate and obtain merchandise for customers
- Maintain inventory integrity and assist with placing parts orders
- Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly
Requirements:
