Retail Sales Job Summary: Sells new and used agricultural and turf equipment to customers. Focuses on walk-in, retail-oriented sales. Key Responsibilities:
• Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers.
• Maintains product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment.
• Monitors competitive activity and communicates to management.
• Has a retail-selling emphasis, assisting with customer events and demonstrations.
• Provides excellent customer service and processes orders accurately.
• Maintains inventory integrity and assists with showroom image and merchandise displays. Requirements:
• 1 years of retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
