Position Description
The Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer works closely with a team of Engineers and Development Technicians to help create methods, procedures, and tools to help improve manufacturing efficiencies, decrease production costs, and eliminate variance.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications :
B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology, preferably in Optical, Mechanical or Manufacturing. Associates degree with related experience considered.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
- MS Office proficiency.
- CAD / CAM systems.
- Working knowledge / exposure to Lean Six Sigma desired.
- Optical manufacturing experience is not required but would be considered a valuable asset.
