Position Summary:

The QC Inspector is responsible for performing final inspection of optics using visual and dimensional equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform receiving, in-process and final inspection of optics using the following instruments along with the unaided eye: loupes, stereoscopes, scratch-dig paddle, micrometer, calipers, drop indicator, toolmaker's microscope, etc.
  • Segregate and control discrepant material.
