We are looking for :
A Business Development Manager to grow new business in an existing market or to develop a new market and identify, recommend and / or acquire innovations and new technologies which are strategic to the Business Unit. This talent will manage, protect and ensure promotion and delivery of innovation projects to achieve business objectives for new product / applications launches and develop NAM growth initiatives with NAM Sales Director.

Implementation of New Product Innovation (NPI) Strategy in NAM
Organize, plan and lead new product launches and registrations
Coordinate beta trials and new product launch with the Sales and Technical Team
Business lead in NPI Projects, manage cross-functional sub-teams
Focus on Customer’s quantifiable unmet needs to generate innovation projects
Manage relationships with technical teams at customers
Identify new leading area of Research and Innovation with R / I Team
Meet milestone of projects
Meet Sales and margin targets of projects
Market share (segment) growth
Network with decision makers
Maintain up-to-date developments in the target industry
Stay Relevant - Gather and update customer unmet needs 2x year
Achieve business objective for new business launch
Implement new product innovation strategy that drives revenue growth, profit margin growth and market share growth

You will bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required. Specialty in Polymers preferred.
7 years’ experience in Marketing / Sales in polymers or polymer additives
Experience in engaging, developing and commercializing New Accounts
Assemble a coherent and focused regional growth plan
Ability to travel

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $95,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and / or other incentives.
