We are looking for:
A Shift Supervisor for Havre de Grace, MD.
We can count on you to:
- Lead your team to meet the objectives of the site in Operations.
- Following the Schedule to produce quality products for our customers.
- Handling any and all staffing shortages, discipline, overtime, Kronos and achievements.
- Responsible for the overall safety on shift of all employees.
- Deploys Maintenance Requests and works to mitigate operation error.
- Ensure all reporting of data, settings and parameters are complete.
- Knowledge of business systems and reporting tools.
- Long-lasting excellent customer relations, self-dependent working, and a variety of tasks in one of the world’s leading chemical companies.
- Excellent training & development possibilities.
- AA Degree or equivalent experience (3-5 Years) in Manufacuturing.
- Experience in working in a Union enviroment preferred.
- Experience in Leadership of a team is preferred.
- Attention to Details, Fair minded, Reasonable and firm approach to meeting the shift objectives and setting up the next shift for success.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $78,000 - 98,000/annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
