We are looking for:

• A Utilities Engineer who is self-motivating and willing to provide technical leadership in the Utilities department
  
  
  

We count on you for:

• Responsible for reliable operations of wastewater treatment plant, boilers, chiller compressors, air compressors, equalization/neutralization facility, water distribution, and nitrogen generation
• Lead startup and optimization of a $5M Ozonation unit and a new sludge dryer operation
• Lead area improvement teams for safety and process improvement
• Establish and maintain SOP’s to assure all processes are in control
• Support investigations and resolution of safety incidents
• Complete PHA’s and MOC’s as needed
• Lead capital improvement initiatives

You will bring:

• Engineering Degree in Chemical / Environmental or 10 years of experience in a related field
• Technical ownership of a currently defined utility process
• Experience leading incremental improvement initiatives to optimize existing processes
• Strong process skills
• Experience leading a team to accomplish significant goals and objectives
• The ability to communicate to influence peers or a cross function group in a positive manner
• The ability to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• The ability to foster trust in an organization, business unit, or team
  
  
  

You will get:

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560, to $100,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
