Role : SAP BPC and SAC DeveloperLocation : Onsite 5 days a week in Omaha, NE or Alpharetta, GABackground / drug screen : YesStart within 2 weeks of being offered the roleNo relocation or travel budget for this role, must live in Omaha or AlpharettaLong term contractJob Summary : The SAP BPC and SAC Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing consolidation as well as the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions within the SAP BPC and SAC platforms. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring data consistency, system performance, and user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities : Design and develop SAP BPC models, input schedules, reports, and calculations to support business planning and consolidation.Build SAP SAC models, dashboards, and stories for advanced analytics and visualizations.Create and optimize planning applications, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.Write and maintain BPC logic scripts, ABAP, or other customizations to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain integration workflows between SAP BPC, SAC, and ERP systems such as SAP S / 4HANA.Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across systems.Implement ETL processes and manage data flows to support analytical requirements.Use SAC’s predictive analytics and planning features to deliver data-driven insights.Automate recurring tasks and processes for efficiency improvements.Partner with finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead discussions on best practices for planning, reporting, and analytics.Act as a technical mentor to junior developers and provide guidance on complex development tasks.Monitor and fine-tune system performance for both SAP BPC and SAC environments.Diagnose and resolve issues related to data, logic scripts, or system configurations.Conduct root-cause analysis for any system disruptions or failures.Document technical designs, solutions, and user guides for both platforms.Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities and enhancements.Skills and Qualifications : Experience and Education : 5 years of experience in SAP BPC (Classic and / or Embedded) development.3 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development.Experience in data integration and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, BODS, SQL Server).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP BPC configuration and EPM Add-In functionality.Advanced skills in SAC story design, predictive planning, and scripting (e.g., Data Actions, Advanced Formulas).Strong knowledge of ABAP, SQL, or similar programming languages.Familiarity with S / 4HANA and SAP BW architecture is a plus.Hands-on experience with ETL tools and API integrations.Soft Skills : Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Clear and effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
