Job Title : SAP Integration SpecialistLocation : Metro Atlanta, GAJob Summary : We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) SAP Integration Specialist with strong technical expertise and proven experience in supporting SAP rollouts, particularly in the LatAm region. The SAP Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions between SAP S / 4HANA and external platforms, applications, or third-party systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless data flow, optimized processes, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires both technical proficiency and the ability to understand and address application-specific and country-specific business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has implemented SAP S / 4HANA in the LatAm region (particularly Argentina, Brazil and / or Mexico).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration tools such as SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP PI / PO, and SAP BTP.Configure and manage APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and OData services to enable seamless data exchange.Develop and maintain middleware solutions for real-time and batch integrations.Monitor integration processes to ensure high availability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize business impact.Maintain integration system configurations, ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards.Work with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and understand integration requirements.Collaborate with external vendors and third-party application providers for integration projects.Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business goals.Prepare comprehensive documentation for integration architecture, processes, and configurations.Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the reliability of integration solutions.Provide training and support to users and IT teams on integration-related topics.Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and performance.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and integration trends.Participate in system upgrades and migration projects, ensuring continuity of integrations. QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.7 years of experience designing, building and executing integrations external platforms, applications, or third-party systems.High proficiency in SAP integration tools : SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP PI / PO, SAP API Management, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).Strong knowledge of integration protocols : SOAP, REST, OData, XML, JSON.Deep experience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and ALE for SAP system communications.Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Experience with middleware platforms.Understanding of ABAP programming.Experience with ETL tools.Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS integration (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, PP) and business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).Preferred QualificationsLocated in or willing to relocate to the Metro Atlanta area.Proven experience with SAP rollouts in Argentina, Brazil and / or Mexico.SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP Integration Suite or PI / PO).Knowledge of Argentina-specific financial processes and reporting standards (e.g., AFIP requirements).Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
