Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Utilize customer service software to log and track customer interactions and issues.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries through effective problem-solving techniques.
Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and service requests.
Educate customers about products and services, highlighting relevant features and benefits.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers from varied backgrounds.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
Proficient in using computers and basic office software; familiarity with customer service platforms is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
PAYRATE: $22.51 - $35.20 Hourly
