Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Provide detailed information about products and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

PAYRATE: $20.92 - $33.81 Hourly
