Responsibilities

Inputting and maintaining data in various databases and software systems

Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system

Generating reports and analytics based on data collected

Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes

Troubleshooting data discrepancies and resolving data entry issues

Ensuring data security and confidentiality at all times

Assisting in the development and implementation of data management processes

Requirements

Proven experience as a data clerk or in a similar role

Familiarity with data entry and data management software

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
