Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries through phone calls and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Offer insights and recommendations to enhance the customer experience based on feedback and interactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to share best practices and improve service delivery.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to maintain comprehensive knowledge for customer assistance.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or telechat environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
PAYRATE: $22.92 - $34.82 Hourly
