Position Summary:
The Organization Development & Talent Management Analyst plays a vital role in overseeing the execution, coordination, and analysis of OD/TM initiatives. This position is key to advancing the OD/TM function’s strategic goals by efficiently managing operational and logistical elements. The position should be performed from a Sylvamo facility (mill or office).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation and ongoing sustainment of OD and TM programs.
Gather and analyze data related to organizational assessments, employee performance, and training effectiveness to inform decisions and recommendations.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including managing documents, materials, communications, vendor connections, and learning tools.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support tracking and measuring OD/TM initiatives.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
Assist with the execution of OD/TM processes and initiatives such as succession planning, development programs, 360 assessments, and learning programs.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving OD/TM processes based on observations and data analysis.
Actively contribute as a team member on OD/TM projects and initiatives.
Lead projects, initiatives, and processes with direct guidance and oversight.

Education & Experience
Professional Education (University Degree)
Higher Education (Master’s preferred)
