Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept.
Duties
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Conduct custodial duties such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing.
- Carry out carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance to ensure surfaces are spotless.
- Prepare simple meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move items as necessary during cleaning tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
