We are looking for an individual who is motivated to make a difference in the lives of students by providing personalized tutoring support. As a personal academic coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in a one-on-one setting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions to K-12 students in a variety of subjects
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work afternoon/evening hours during the week and Saturday mornings
