We seek a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our tutoring organization in providing exceptional services to our students and their families. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, program management expertise, and a passion for improving the lives of those we serve. This role requires effective relationship management and the ability to supervise a diverse team of teaching staff and students. You will also work closely with schools and the community to host / participate in community events.
Duties
Work alongside the Education Director to ensure meetings are scheduled, conducted, and documented
Conduct assessments
Sell tutoring packages
Communicate effectively with families
Work alongside Education Director to oversee the administration of student programs- reading, writing, math, study skills, ACT / SAT prep, homework support
Tutor as needed
Work alongside Education Director to manage program development initiatives to ensure they align with organizational goals and community needs.
Work alongside Education Director to supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and performance.
Develop and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with regulations.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and funding agencies.
Collaborate with other directors to ensure center is running smoothly.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles and sales
Strong program management skills with a track record of successful project implementation.
Experience in budgeting and financial management.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
Loves children ages 5-college
Willing to tutor.
Excellent relationship management skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
