Key Responsibilities
Tutoring in Math and Science : You'll help students with their Math and Science studies, providing one-on-one or small group instruction.
Rapport Building : Establish a positive relationship with students by being approachable, friendly, and engaging.

Qualifications
You must meet one of the following criteria :
Be enrolled in an Alternative Certification Program for teaching
Have teaching experience that does not require certification , such as working in a private school or an institution of higher education
Be a sophomore or higher in college, enrolled in an education program
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Math / Science related studies
State-level teaching certification is preferred, though not required
What You Get in Return
Hourly Pay : $13.50 per hour-With pay increases starting after 100 hours of teaching as a Sylvan teacher.
