Instructional Coach and Learning Facilitator

Campus-Based Instructional Position

The Sylvan Learning organization is seeking a dedicated educator to fill a campus-based instructional position. In this role, you will work directly with students at a designated school contract, creating personalized learning experiences and evaluating their progress. As a key member of our educational team, you will contribute to the success of our students and help them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized lesson plans for each student.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and motivation.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ideas.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Four-year degree or equivalent required.
• State or provincial teaching credentials (current or expired)
• Minimum of one or two years of teaching experience preferred.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of educational software and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
